If a no-show cancellation reason is used in your Vetera, you can mark an appointment as a no-show when a client does not arrive for a scheduled appointment.
In the appointment calendar, select the appointment. The Appointment details dialog opens.
Select More actions, then select the option to mark the appointment as a no-show. The Mark as No Show dialog opens.
Select the no-show reason from the Cancellation reason drop-down list. You can also add a description in the Cancellation reason text field.
Select Mark as No show. To close the dialog without changes, select Keep appointment.
A no-show appointment stays in the appointment calendar and is shown in white. The appointment details dialog shows 'No show' as the status.
You cannot mark an appointment as a no-show from the menu that opens when you right-click an appointment in the calendar. That menu has no no-show option.
If a missed appointment is not marked as a no-show, it is shown in orange in the appointment calendar and its status is 'Passed'.
If needed, you can revert a no-show appointment by selecting Mark as Show in the appointment details dialog.
