Vetera periodically fetches referrals sent through the Referral Portal, and the referrals may not show up immediately. A referral may take up to 1-2 minutes to show up in Vetera.
If the referral still does not show, make sure that the correct clinic location was selected when sending the referral. Also, check how the referral list is sorted in Vetera and whether any filters are selected that might exclude new referral from showing.
When a referral is picked up by Vetera, the referral ID will also show up in the Referral Portal. This is an indication that the referral should also show in Vetera.
