You can change the invoice address and/or payer information of an invoice, even after it is finalised, for both consultation invoices and counter sales.

To edit the payer information, select the pen button in the Payer section of the invoice page. This change only affects the invoice PDF and printout; it does not change the client’s general information.

Note that if you select another client to be the payer, the invoice will be listed in that client’s records in Vetera.

You can change the payer information of a finalised invoice if this option is enabled in your clinic location settings. To enable it, go to Settings > Clinic location settings and select Allow editing payer of finalised invoice. Specific permissions may be required to access these settings.
