A refund is processed immediately after it has been triggered in Vetera, and the result of the refund is immediately available in Vetera (invoice / prepayment) and the Payments report. To view the payments report, go to Settings > Integrations > Vetera Pay > Open management page.

The refunded funds are typically taken from the clinic during the same or the next day. However, note that the issuing bank finalises the transaction, and it may take some time until the refund has been transferred to the customer. Sometimes, this may even take several weeks. Nordhealth and Adyen have no control over this process.
