You can view health plan subscriptions and their contents on the Records > Health plans page in the left side-panel (the page name may be different in your Vetera).
To view the patient's health plans during a consultation:
New consultation page: in the Treatment items section, select Health plan in the or add from: row. The dialog that opens lists the patient's health plans. The Health plan button is shown only when the patient has a health plan.
Old consultation page: select the health plan link in the panel on the right-hand side of the page.
