If Vetera Pay or the Gravity Payments integration is in use for the health plan subscription, you can change or remove the existing payment card. When a payment card is removed from a health plan subscription, the subscription's payment method changes automatically to monthly billing through Vetera if the client has an email address saved in Vetera and email communication is allowed.
If a payment card was initially used for automatic health plan subscription payments and it was removed, you can select it again later or add a new card and restart recurring payments. However, if another payment method was initially selected for the subscription ('Not specified' or 'Monthly billing through Vetera'), you cannot change the payment method to recurring payments through Vetera Pay or Gravity Payments in the middle of the subscription period.
