This article explains how SMS pricing works in Provet, how to view your clinic's message usage, and what affects your SMS costs.
Finding your SMS price
SMS pricing is not displayed directly in Provet. The price per message depends on your country and your contract type.
To find out the exact price that applies to your clinic, check your monthly invoice, refer to your contract, or contact Provet support.
Checking your clinic's SMS usage
You can view your organization's or clinic location's outgoing message volume at any time using the Sent SMS Messages report in Provet.
Go to Reporting > Reports > Communication > Sent SMS Messages.
Set the Start and End date for the period you want to review, or use Quick select to pick a preset period.
Select a Clinic location to filter by a specific location, or leave it set to All to see the full organization.
Set any additional filters as needed.
Select Generate report.
To include message content in the report, select the Show message content on report checkbox before generating the report.
SMS character limits
A single SMS covers up to 160 characters. If a message exceeds 160 characters β for example, when using placeholders, links, or special characters β it is split into multiple messages. Each part is charged separately.
