General Settings
Note: To access Settings, select the clinic location name in the top left corner, then select Settings from the menu that opens. Note that Settings is only visible to users with the appropriate permissions. If you don't see Settings, contact your practice administrator to check your access.

Show/allow adding coupons on finalized invoices: When this setting is selected, coupons can be added on finalized invoices. The invoice page includes a Coupons section where a coupon can be used as a payment. In addition, you must create coupon types, before coupons can be used on invoices.
Term to be used on UI and printouts: In this field, you can a custom term for coupons which will be shown in the Vetera user interface and printouts. The default term is 'Coupons'.

Create Coupon Types
Select the clinic location name in the top left, then go to Settings > Organization > Coupons under Coupon list, select Add.
Add a Name for the coupon type.
Select a Payment method that will be shown for this coupon on invoices and reports.
Add the Default sum for the coupon type. This sum is shown by default when the coupon type selected on an invoice, but the sum can be changed on the invoice.
Select Save.
