You can edit item prices in a consultation if your Vetera settings permit it. You can adjust the price when you add an item, or afterwards by selecting the pen button on an item that has already been added on the consultation page. Your clinic location settings determine the price editing options.
Edit an Item Price in a Consultation
When adding an item: Enter the price in the price field in the item dialog that opens when you add a new item to a consultation.
After adding an item: Select the pen button next to the item. Change the price in the price field, then select Save.
Settings That Affect Item Price Editing in a Consultation
Your ability to edit item prices in a consultation is affected by clinic location settings. For example:
Clinic location settings > Allow editing consultation treatment item prices: must be active.
Clinic location settings > Enable minimum charge, prices and units: Minimum charges and prices may restrict how you can set the price.
Remember that you may need specific permissions to access or modify settings in Vetera.
Alternative Prices
