In most cases when a payment cannot be located, the payment has been registered to a wrong client or an anonymous client in Vetera.

You can try finding the payment on the Vetera Pay management page: Go to Settings > Integrations > Vetera Pay > and select Open management page. Read more about Vetera Pay reports.

You can also try searching for the payment using the Vetera payments report. You will need to know at least the payment time and amount.
