This article explains how to replace items included in a health plan during a consultation in Vetera. Depending on the health plan settings, you can replace items from the health plan dialog. This article also covers how to view stock level warnings and identify replaced items on the consultation page.
Depending on the health plan general settings, it may be possible to replace items included in a health plan during a consultation. You can do this when you add health plan items from the health plan dialogue.
Where the health plan is shown depends on which version of the consultation page you are using:
On the old consultation page, the health plan icon and a link are shown in the panel on the right-hand side of the page.
On the new consultation page, in Treatment items, select Health plan and then select the plan you want to use.
If an item is out of stock or the stock is low, you will see a warning icon next to the item in the health plan dialog. To view information about the stock level, hold the pointer over the icon.
To replace an item, select the Replace item link and find another item using the search field that appears. If you want to cancel your selection, select the Use original item link.
If you replaced an item, the consultation item shows a replacement icon next to the health plan icon. Hold the pointer over the replacement icon to see which item was replaced.
