If the Vetera Pay terminal is broken, contact Vetera Support. You must always return a broken payment terminal to Nordhealth.

If the Vetera Pay terminal broke during normal use and has no physical damage, you get a replacement terminal free of charge.

If the terminal broke because of physical damage, for example after a fall on the floor, the free replacement usually does not apply. Contact Vetera Support in all cases. Vetera Support decides case by case whether you get a replacement terminal.
